Accommodations

To book your reservation with the Marriot Durham Convention Center you may call the hotel directly at 800-909-8375 and mention you are with TEDPA. Reservations should be placed after May 1, 2010.

The TEDPA conference rate is $95 per night (may be subject to change if government per diem changes for 2010). Please make your reservation no later than Tuesday, September 28, 2010.

Build Your Free Web Page

After you have completed your conference registration be sure to start building your web page. It will be listed in the online directory and a spotlight message can also be rotated in to interior web pages.

Show your sponsorship pride by utilizing your free web page that you can build and manage. Site visitors will also have access to your web page and contact information.

During meetings, panels, presentations, exhibits, and the reception, you will have time to interact directly with the stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to share your information and gather information, opinions, and feedback from others in the field.

Spotlight randomly rotates in on all interior pages with your logo and a custom message. A link provides quick access to your web page for in-depth information on your business to members and site visitors.

Exhibit Space

By becoming a Sponsor you will have an exhibit space in the General Session area at the 2009 Conference which is frequented by Members, Sponsors, Presenters and Equipment Program Stakeholders. You will have access to the State decision makers who determine equipment offered, guidelines and consumer education.

Benefit Term

These benefits remain until the following year’s conference registration closing date. At that time you will need to renew your sponsorship to maintain your current benefits.
