About Us

TAI is a Program created by the Iowa Utilities Board, administered by Deaf Services Unlimited.  This voucher program provides a discount of 95% of the average cost for specialized phone equipment.

Services

If eligible through an application process, you can choose which phone best suits your individual needs.  The voucher amount will depend on the equipment that you desire.  We provide enhanced amplified phones, text telephones, and captioned telephones to name few.  Each phone in these categories comes with additional features and accessories to provide barrier free communication over the phone.
